My Inspiration
How I got into photography
My late sister loved photography and when she passed I picked up her camera and started taking pictures of nature. One day I was asked to do a maternity shoot for my friend and the amount of joy I felt during and after our session was immeasurable and I didn't want it to stop. So, I didn't. Seeing how happy a client is during the session and when they finally see their pictures is best feeling in the world.
Where did King's Ranch Photography come from?
Behind the Name
The name came from my dog, King! He loves to chase after his ball, but when I adopted him I lived in an apartment with no room to run. So, we bought a ranch! His first day in his new home, he ran from corner to corner until he gave out from exhaustion. From then on we knew this was HIS ranch! This coupled with him being my favorite subject to capture, is where the name came from.
